The journey began with a select range of Laurenti Champagne in 2018.
2018
Rosé Bleu was the first partnership for Fontayne. Each bottle of Rosé Bleu prevents 100 plastic bottles from polluting the seas. Taking a sip of Rosé Bleu is contributing to a greener world.
2019
A partnership with Maison Bouey started, thus unlocking access to the unparalleled, personal collection of François Louis-Vuitton.
2020

The Fontayne family significantly reinforced its team by welcoming James as Business Development Manager and John as Administrative Officer.
2021
September
January
Marked by a major announcement: access to back vintages of Grand Crus Classés from some of the most prestigious French châteaux has been obtained.
2022
January
Fontayne Selections offers an eclectic selection of wines from 20 different producers, totalling 92 unique wines. These figures also include 4 producers in allocations, representing 27 different wines, as well as a valuable access to back vintages of Grand Crus.

Julien Craeye

Julien Craeye, hailing from Troyes, France, is an expert in selecting premium beverages. With a love of wine and food that knows no bounds, he scours the land to bring his clients only the finest bottles. When he’s not sampling the best of the best, you can find him teeing off on the golf course, sipping on top-notch champagne in between brilliant shots.

James Ellis

Meet James, the wine-selling, beat-mixing Brit who traded tea time for party time Down Under. When he’s not uncorking the finest bottles, you can catch him spinning tracks in the hottest clubs. With a taste for both the finer things in life and the best beats, James is a true Renaissance man. Just don’t ask him to do both at the same time, or you might end up with a Chardonnay-soaked turntable.

John Alvarez

Meet John “The Paperwork Maestro” Alvarez, the administrative ace from Quezon City who keeps things running smoothly at Fontayne Selections. With 9 years of experience in customer service and client relations, he juggles email queries, invoices, payments, and reconciliations with ease. And even inventory reports can’t wipe the smile off his face! Off the clock, John is a comedic movie buff, a seasoned gamer, and a music lover who’s been known to break out some dance moves.

Adèle-Marie Godet

Meet Adèle-Marie, the youngest and most adventurous assistant marketing coordinator at Fontayne Selections. With a passion for champagne and a love of horseback riding, she’s always up for trying something new. Whether it’s riding through the hills of Reims or trying a new blend of bubbly, Adèle-Marie is ready for anything. At work, she puts her marketing skills to good use, always eager to take on a new project. But it’s her adventurous spirit that truly sets her apart, making her the perfect companion for any champagne-fueled escapade.
